NFD - Nyaben Flight Dynamics


NFD is an enterprise located in Büttelborn near Frankfurt, Germany. We offer services in the field of aeronautical engineering in which we can draw upon many years of experience. Our focus is on flight dynamics, aerodynamics and flight control modelling. Hence we provide our customers with flight models for flight simulation training devices (FSTD), with eQTG-Tools for the automatic execution of the qualification tests and with validation data, required for the FSTD qualification. We also offer support services on consultancy basis for flight tests and for the FSTD qualification. Our services can be divided up into 3 main categories:

Dr. Danyck Nguewo

- Owner -

Dr. Danyck Nguewo was born in Bordeaux, France in 1974. He grew up in France and in Cameroon. Dr. Nguewo studied aeronautical engineering in Kiev, Ukraine with a focus on aircraft design and construction. After receiving a doctorate in the field of flight mechanics, flight simulation and scaling laws at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, Dr. Nguewo accepted a job in the industry for a leading manufacturer of General Aviation aircraft where he was involved with the development of flight dynamic models, parameter identification, the development and validation of control algorithms for unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the acquisition and management of research projects. From 2013 to 2015, Dr. Nguewo worked at the company’s headquarters in Vienna after moving from the German branch office in Egelsbach near Frankfurt. Dr. Nguewo has been teaching the subjects Flight Mechanics as an external tutor at the HAW in Hamburg, Germany since 2009. He is also Professor of aerospace engineering at the RheinMain university of applied sciences in Rüsselsheim since April 2019.
